Talyfada is a sandbox MMORPG operated by Raphi ("Raphi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using talyfada.com, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK, or the age your local law requires for online services). If you are a minor, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
You sign in through Google or Discord — we never ask for a password. You are responsible for keeping those linked accounts secure and for all activity under your Talyfada account. One account per person; don't share, sell, or transfer it.
3. Beta service — provided "as is"
Talyfada is in active development (Open Beta 2026.11). During and before beta we may change, suspend, or reset/wipe characters, progress, and virtual items at any time, without liability. We don't guarantee uptime, and features shown now may change or be removed.
4. Founder's Packs and payments
Purchases (e.g. Founder's Packs) are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and is the seller of record for your purchase. Refunds follow Paddle's policy and your statutory rights. Pre-launch purchases grant their stated benefits starting at Open Beta launch.
5. Virtual items and content
Virtual items, currency, and account benefits are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them inside Talyfada — not your property, and they have no real-world monetary value. We may modify or remove them as part of operating the game. Real-money trading (RMT) of accounts or items is prohibited.
6. Code of conduct
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, botnet, or use unauthorized third-party software. Don't harass, threaten, or post hateful content toward other players. PvP, full-loot, and karma consequences are intended in-game mechanics — using them as designed is allowed; using the game to abuse real people is not. We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules.
7. Your content
Anything you submit (handle, display name, chat, creator content) — you keep your rights, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it for operating the game. You're responsible for what you post.
8. Our intellectual property
Talyfada, its world (Galyfada), art, code, and brand are owned by Raphi. These Terms don't give you any ownership of them.
9. Termination
You may stop using Talyfada and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that can't be waived under your local law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country. Questions: [email protected].
